Coaching can be delivered one-on-one, in person, or online via Zoom, making it flexible and accessible for busy parents.

Your first session allows extra time (around 90 minutes) for the development of a well-formed outcome.

Follow-up sessions are shorter and targeted toward your outcome.

Some people notice results after two or three sessions; others benefit from a series, depending on their goals and personal history.​​
