3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you:

are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing,
will disclose relevant health information honestly,
will seek medical or psychological support when appropriate,
understand results vary for each individual,
will not hold Ride The Spectrum liable for outcomes based on personal application of advice or techniques.

If you are currently under medical or psychological care, you must inform us prior to participating in sessions.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

4.1 Session Bookings

All bookings must be made via the website or booking platform.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Credit/debit cards
PayPal
Stripe
Other approved third-party processors

We do not store credit card information.

4.3 Pricing

Prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time without notice.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling sessions.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at full session rate at the practitioner’s discretion.

5.2 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is charged at full fee.

5.3 Refunds

Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Pre-paid sessions or packages refunded only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Digital products (audios, online courses, downloads) are non-refundable due to instant access.

5.4 Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule by contacting us via email or through the booking platform.

6. Coaching & Hypnotherapy Limitations

You acknowledge that:

Coaching is not therapy, crisis care, or medical treatment.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary modality, not a replacement for clinical treatment.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, timelines, or results.

If at any time your needs exceed the scope of practice, an appropriate referral may be recommended.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Session content is confidential except where:

required by law,
there is a risk of harm to yourself or others,
involvement of child protection authorities is required.

Digital communications (Zoom, email) are conducted through secure, reputable platforms.

8. Digital Courses & Online Content

Purchasing online products grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

share login details,
distribute or copy content,
resell or republish the material,
present it as your own work.

Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
