Refund Policy

1. Sessions (Mindset Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Performance Conditioning)

1.1 Refunds for Completed Sessions

Once a session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
You are paying for the practitioner’s time, expertise, and preparation.

1.2 Refunds for Pre-Paid Sessions or Packages

Refunds for unused sessions are considered case-by-case and issued at our discretion.
If approved, used sessions will be charged at the standard single-session rate.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • More than 24 hours: no charge.

  • Less than 24 hours: full session fee may be charged.

  • No-shows: full session fee is charged.

This policy ensures fairness to all clients, as late cancellations cannot be filled.

2.2 Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellation may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Discovery Calls

Discovery Calls (15–20 minutes) may be complimentary or low-cost depending on the offer.
Once the call has begun, refunds are not applicable.

4. Online Courses, Programs & Digital Products

This includes:

  • Online mindset courses

  • Coaching Confidence modules

  • Hypnotic audio recordings

  • eBooks

  • Digital worksheets or downloads

4.1 All Digital Sales Are Final

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, refunds are not offered for:

  • Downloads

  • Online programs

  • Audio files

  • PDF documents

  • Pre-recorded material

Once access is granted, the sale is final.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing online products:

  • We will assist you with troubleshooting

  • Provide temporary access extensions if needed

  • Replace corrupted or inaccessible files

This does not constitute grounds for a refund unless the issue cannot be resolved.

6. Workshops, Seminars & Group Events

6.1 In-Person or Online Events

Refunds are available if you cancel 7 days or more before the event.

6.2 Within 7 Days of Event

Refunds are not automatically offered.
You may request a credit or transfer to a future event at our discretion.

6.3 No-Shows

No-shows for events or workshops are non-refundable.

7. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

8. Practitioner Cancellations

If Ride The Spectrum must cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency:

  • You may choose a full refund,

  • Or transfer to the next available session/event.

We always aim to minimise disruptions.

9. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

  • Date of booking

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

By booking or purchasing from Ride The Spectrum, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
